Would you like to be part of one of the most influential contributors in the future of telematics?
ABAX are expanding the customer-for-life team and we are now looking for another Account Manager. In this role you will be responsible for selling ABAX services to the existing install base as well as customer care related tasks.
Job Responsibilities
- Manage small & medium sized customers in the Netherlands
- Proactively explore upsell opportunities, from detection to completion
- Work together with other departments to ensure maximum customer satisfaction
- Analyze customer vase, make account plans with focus on growth
- Minimize churn and turn terminations
- Lead generation through customer contact
- Carry out tasks such as online meetings, customer care calls, participate in program driven projects
- Use our reporting tools, CRM tools and sales training tools in the best way to position ABAX solutions
- Participate in events and exhibitions when needed

Required skills and qualifications
- Bachelor degree in relevant field or a minimum of 2 years of B2B sales experience
- Very good communication and presentation skills in Dutch
- Good communication skills in English since this is our corporate language
- Ability to communicate at multi-levels and across industries
- Driver's license
Nice-to-have
- Experience in SaaS and telematics
