We are looking for an experienced, driven and engaged Office Manager for our office in Amsterdam. In this role you will be responsible for administration tasks of the employees including HR and office legislation tasks. The role is varied, with a high level of competence and compliance expected in day to day tasks. Your main responsibility is keeping our facilities and employees compliant.
You will be a part of a local team as well as having the support of the HR, admin & finance departments across our 8 different offices/countries.
Your job responsibilities include taking care of office matters such as tendering, orders, contracts and insurances. You ensure that the office is always tidy and correct, general tasks such as ordering office supplies and coffee accessories. Further, you also ensure that our HR data is always up-to-date and take care of the various stages of the employment life cycle. You manage contracts and other documents as well as employee benefits, report to payroll, advise employees on employment matters and train them to use our HR system and maintain a good atmosphere at the office.
- Input and control of HR data (employees, new employees, terminations)
- Procurement, invoice approval and contract administration
- Regular evaluation of office supplier agreements
- Regular evaluation of benefits and welfare
- Car administration
- Responsible for projects and administration related to offices/premises
- Facilitate for workshop/meetings and internal campaigns
- Administrate and have active involvement in recruitment processes in Netherlands
