As our onboarding manager, you will be responsible for helping new customers onboard in the best possible way, as well as educating them on all ABAX products.

Job Responsibilities

• Onboarding of new customers
• Analysing usage and customer data to improve customer experience
• Contacting and following up customers
• Occasional visiting our customers to help troubleshoot errors/ installation
• Identifying upsell/ cross-sell opportunities and features in the onboarding process
• Recording customer interactions by entering and verifying information in all our systems

Essential:

• Previous experience in Account Management/Customer Success Management is a plus.
• Excellent communication, presentation and interpersonal skills in Dutch

• Communication skills in French is desirable but not a must
• Good communication skills in English since this is our corporate language
• The right candidate must have experience using video or webinar and phone as a communication and presentation tool
• Ability to communicate at multi-levels and across industries

Desirable:

• Bachelor degree or equivalent in sales experience in B2B ICT or other service oriented domains.
