Regional Marketing Manager in Belgium & Netherlands (BeNe)

Some of the things you will be working on:
- Develop & Execute Regional Strategies & Plans – Creating and implementing a regional marketing strategy that aligns global programs with localized tactics, including SEO, social media, paid media, retargeting, events, email, and content marketing.
- Optimize Digital Channels – Optimizing paid search and social media campaigns for your region (Google, Bing, LinkedIn, Meta, etc.), track and improve key performance metrics (CPC, CPL, ROAS, CAC, conversion rates).
- Drive Customer Acquisition – Increasing Ideal Customer Profile (ICP) acquisition by leveraging data-driven content strategies, content distribution plans and retargeting tactics.
- Collaborate with Sales, Partner & Product Teams – Working closely with sales & partner teams to ensure lead follow-up, conversion strategies, and pipeline growth. Partner with product marketing to develop localized value propositions and go-to-market plans.
- Enhance Customer Retention – Partnering with Account Management teams to develop engagement strategies, nurture existing customers, and drive upsell and cross-sell opportunities through targeted campaigns and content.
- Measure & Optimize Performance – Tracking KPIs, continuously refining campaigns based on data insights, and ensuring alignment with business objectives.
We believe you bring:
- Experience in B2B Field Marketing – Preferably within SaaS, with a strong focus on demand generation, customer journey optimisation, and digital marketing.
- Analytical & Data-Driven Mindset – Ability to leverage data insights for decision-making and campaign optimization.
- Marketing Budget Management – Proven ability to allocate and optimize marketing spending for maximum ROI.
- Strong Communication & Collaboration – Work effectively across teams and with remote management.
- Self-Motivated & Adaptable – Capable of thriving in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
- Tech-Savvy – Proficiency in marketing automation and CRM tools (HubSpot preferred).
For this role, we are seeking a professional who is fluent in both written and spoken Dutch.
