As a Product Manager at ABAX, you'll play a key role in shaping platform products, APIs, and customer-enabling tools. You'll collaborate closely with engineering and product teams to streamline workflows, reduce cognitive load, and enhance the customer experience. Since adopting the product operating model in 2023, we’ve built an environment where product managers are truly empowered to drive impact.

We're looking for a passionate, outcome-driven leader who thrives on solving complex problems. You take ownership, think strategically, and work seamlessly as a product trio with engineering and design leads. With a customer-first, data-driven mindset, you're adaptable, curious, and focused on delivering real value—balancing quick wins with long-term growth.

Some of the things you will be working on:

• Developing and executing a comprehensive product strategy aligned with the company's goals and customer needs.

• Conducting market research to identify industry trends, customer pain points, and competitive insights.

• Managing the end-to-end product development lifecycle, from concept to launch, working closely with cross-functional teams throughout the value chain.

• Creating and maintaining a product roadmap, setting priorities and releases for feature releases and then iterate to achieve wanted outcomes.
• Collaborating with stakeholders to define product features, user stories, and acceptance criteria.

• Ensuring a seamless and user-friendly product experience by working with UX/UI designers and engineering stakeholders.

Experiences we’re looking for:

• High technical ability, ideally with a background in a software development role, with proven experience in developing cross-platform products.

• Practical experience from working with the product operating model, whilst working with product teams.

• Strong understanding of Single-Sign-On solutions and similar platform wide services.

We believe you bring:

• Bachelor's or master's degree in information security, management, computer science, engineering, or equivalent related discipline.

• Relevant experience as a Product Manager or Senior Engineer for services targeting Developer and Customer agent personas.

• Strong proficiency in cloud platforms such as Google Cloud Platform, AWS, or Azure

• Start date: As soon as possible / As agreed.

• Work extent: Full time.

• Remote Status: Hybrid, which means that you are welcome to work from home some days while we would like to collaborate with you some days at the office. Remote setup is negotiable depending on location.

• Location: Flexible. Preferably Gdansk, Poland, but can also be located in Stockholm, Sweden , or Larvik, Norway.
