Join Our Team as a Global Operations Coordinator!
Are you a highly organized professional with a knack for coordinating complex processes across borders? Do you thrive in dynamic, global environments where no two days are the same? If so, we’re looking for you to take on the role of Global Operations Coordinator in our international Office Operations team.
This role is available in Larvik, Norway OR in Stockholm, Sweden.
As our Global Operations Coordinator, you’ll play a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth and efficient management of key operational processes. You will collaborate with stakeholders across multiple countries to ensure compliance, accuracy, and operational efficiency in three key areas:
1. Payroll Coordination:
- Act as the key liaison between our external payroll provider(s) and internal teams.
- Oversee the collection and accuracy of payroll data, including overtime, commission & bonuses, and absence tracking.
- Ensure timely and compliant payroll processing across all regions.
2. Global Insurance Management:
- Coordinate personnel- and corporate insurance policies to ensure global coverage and compliance.
- Act as the point of contact for insurance providers and internal stakeholders.
3. Facility and Landlord Contracts:
- Manage global facility contracts, ensuring smooth relationships with landlords.
- Track and oversee contract renewals, amendments, and negotiations.
We believe you bring
- A relevant BSc or MSc in administration, accounting / finance, business or other relevant field.
- Proven experience in payroll coordination, preferably in a global setting.
- Strong organizational skills with an eye for detail and accuracy.
- Experience with global insurance management or facility contracts is a plus.
- Excellent communication skills (English is important) to collaborate effectively with internal and external partners.
- A proactive mindset with the ability to adapt to changing priorities.

Our hiring process
1. We do look at your resume when some kind of experience is required but – early in our process we aim to do an objective screening with recruitment tests from our supplier Alva
2. First interview with one of our recruitment specialists and the hiring manager – focusing even more on who you are and also – what you know.
3. Second interview with hiring manager and one other stake holder, could be a team member for example – to get to know each other even better. At this stage, we might also have a case exercise – focusing on how you would to the work.
4. Digital reference check through our supplier RefApp
Please note that a background check might need to be conducted in parallel with the reference check stage
