As a Customer Support Agent at ABAX, you’ll be the voice of our brand and the first point of contact for our customers. With a problem-solving mindset and a passion for helping people, you’ll turn challenges into solutions and ensure every customer interaction is smooth, informative, and supportive.

What You'll Be Doing
- Managing a high volume of incoming calls, emails, and web/chat inquiries with professionalism and a customer-first mindset.
- Providing effective solutions to technical issues, system questions, taxation inquiries, and data privacy concerns.
- Ensuring all customer interactions are logged and followed up in our systems accurately and promptly.
- Collaborating with internal departments to resolve complex cases and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Contributing to team initiatives, customer training, and support events, while proactively spotting upsell opportunities or leads.

- Previous experience in a customer-facing or technical support role, ideally in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong problem-solving skills and an interest in technology and digital systems.
- Ability to prioritize tasks, multitask between live interactions and ongoing cases, and remain calm under pressure.
- A proactive, customer-centric approach with a passion for going the extra mile.
