Are you a commercially driven sales professional passionate about partnerships and business development? At ABAX, we’re looking for a Partner Manager to lead growth in the UK region– someone who combines strategic thinking with a proactive, entrepreneurial mindset.
What You'll Do
As our Partner Manager, you’ll work with the marketing and product teams to identify, onboard, and enable partners. You’ll also build and manage long-term partnerships, drive partner-led revenue, and act as the strategic link between our solutions and the partner ecosystem.
This role requires full sales cycle ownership – from identifying new opportunities to closing and nurturing partnerships. You’ll have support from marketing and sales representatives, but you’ll lead the way in spotting and developing partner-driven business opportunities. Your key responsibilities:
- Identifying, acquiring, and activating new partners across the targeted verticals, whilst managing and expanding our partner ecosystem.
- Recognise opportunities and think beyond the current portfolio, drive partner sales execution and expansion through strong enablement and support
- Own revenue outcomes from your partner portfolio – from pipeline to forecasting and closing, leveraging your existing market relationships.
- Collaborate closely with internal teams (Sales, Marketing, Product, and Customer Success) to deliver exceptional partner experiences
- Represent ABAX at industry events and partner meetings across UK
What You Bring
- Demonstrate experience in B2B partnering or business development, ideally in partner management
- Proven success managing and growing strategic partnerships through a consultative approach
- Entrepreneurial mindset – able to spot and develop business opportunities others might miss
- Experience using CRM tools (HubSpot preferred) and structured pipeline management
- A collaborative, growth-oriented mindset with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
- Experience working cross-functionally and driving strategic initiatives
- Fluent in English

- Location: Hybrid working – we offer flexibility in your work location, but occasional travel to our various office locations throughout the year will be required.
