Account Executive - Belgium

Our Sales team in Belgium is expanding, and we’re looking for someone who is both ambitious and can drive sales in a fast‑moving, innovative environment. You’ll play a pivotal role in shaping the way we engage with our clients and deliver value, while growing alongside a company that’s redefining how fleets and assets are managed.
What you will do:
- Driving each deal through the full sales funnel—from the first meeting to contract signature—taking ownership of all stages.
 - Identifying and acting on cross-sell and expansion opportunities to grow revenue beyond the initial deal.
 - Maintaining a balanced and up‑to‑date pipeline, ensuring forecasting is reliable, and targets are consistently met.
 - Cross collaborating with teams across commercial, marketing and customer support to ensure a seamless client journey from first contact to part of the portfolio.
 - Using structured sales methodologies and tools to drive efficient processes and share insights to continuously improve our approach.
 - Staying ahead of product updates, customer needs and market trends by actively participating in training, coaching and internal knowledge‑sharing.
 
What you will bring:
- Demonstrated B2B consultative sales experience (2–5 years) with proven ability to close deals and manage complex buying processes.
 - Disciplined, structured approach to pipeline management and sales process.
 - Experience with CRM systems (HubSpot, Salesforce or similar) for tracking, forecasting and follow‑up.
 - Excellent communicator: delivering persuasive presentations and negotiations for diverse stakeholders, and handling objections with empathy and clarity.
 - Strong commercial awareness with the ability to map solutions to customer needs in a competitive landscape.
 - Proficiency in Dutch, French and English is needed for this role.
