As a Technical Project Manager, you will primarily manage complex technical projects for ABAX, working closely with product, engineering, and business stakeholders. You will play a key role in driving project execution from initiation, planning to delivery, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives, high-quality outcomes, and smooth organizational handover.

In this role, you will balance technical depth with strong leadership, clear communication, and a structured, data-driven approach to project management.

Some of the things you will be working on: 

• Develop a clear project plan (scope, timeline, and budget) based on the project directive.

• Identify required project resources and ensure they are allocated in line with project needs.

• Create and maintain a Work Breakdown Structure (WBS) in collaboration with project team members.

• Lead and coordinate project teams, including internal and external resources, to deliver according to the project plan.

• Plan and facilitate steering committee meetings, preparing decision-making material such as reporting on timeline, scope, and cost.

• Develop, maintain, and ensure the quality of project documentation throughout the project lifecycle.

• Ensure a smooth handover to the organization for implementation upon project completion.
  

Essential skills: 

• Experience with modern project management and delivery frameworks such as Agile (Scrum, Kanban), and/or structured methodologies (PRINCE2, PMP).

• Ability to apply the right approach pragmatically in a product-led, engineering-driven environment.

• Strong understanding of how to produce metrics and work in a data-driven manner.

• Strong budgeting, cost tracking, and analytical skills.

• Ability to translate complex technical topics into clear project actions and decision points.

• Demonstrated ability to identify risks, assess trade-offs, and drive clarity in decision-making.

• Experience leading and coordinating project teams.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to engage a wide range of stakeholders.

• Solid understanding of SaaS architectures, APIs, system integrations, and cloud environments.

• Fluency in English and Polish is mandatory for this role.
  

We believe you have: 

• Minimum of 10 years’ experience in the software industry, including at least 5 years in project management roles.

• A bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Economics, Mathematics, Statistics or a related field.
