Partner Marketing Manager
Are you a strategic and hands-on Partner Marketing Manager ready to build and scale ABAX's partner marketing capabilities?
We’re looking for someone to lead and execute ABAX’s partner marketing activities across our seven European markets, with an initial focus on Norway and Sweden. In this role, you will turn plans into action and work hand-in-hand with cross-functional teams to drive seamless execution, deliver measurable results, and ensure strong alignment with Sales — all while shaping ABAX’s partner marketing across Europe. This role can be based in Sweden, Norway, or Finland.

Some of the things you will be working on:
Partner Campaign Execution
Execute partner marketing campaigns and co-marketing initiatives based on agreed plans, including setting up, launching, and coordinating joint activities with OEMs, integration partners, ISVs, industry associations, and resellers
Manage campaign tracking and performance data for partner activities in marketing systems, ensuring consistent and timely lead delivery to Sales
Content & Partner Enablement
Develop and maintain partner marketing toolkits with co-branded campaigns, content and guidelines
Adapt and localise partner content for relevant markets
Attract and scale partner-led demand generation across different partner verticals
Partner Events & Activities
Drive marketing programs with industry associations and member networks
What we believe you bring:
Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field
Proven experience in partner marketing, channel marketing or ecosystem-led growth (B2B/SaaS preferred)
Strong hands-on campaign management across digital channels
Experience with CRM and marketing automation tools (HubSpot preferred)
Solid understanding of lead flows and experience working closely with Sales teams
Strong communication skills in English and at least one Nordic language (Finnish, Norwegian, or Swedish)
