Account Executive- SME Norway

We’re looking for a driven and ambitious Account Executive to join our SME sales team and play a key role in expanding our customer base in Norway. In this role, you’ll own the full sales cycle — from building pipeline and creating opportunities to closing deals and growing long-term customer relationships.
You’ll work with businesses across industries such as construction, logistics, utilities, manufacturing, and wholesale, helping them solve operational challenges through smart, value-driven solutions. What you’ll do
Identify and win new SME customers across your market
Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting to signed agreement
Lead discovery conversations and uncover customer needs
Present tailored solutions and demonstrate clear business value
Build strong relationships with decision-makers and key stakeholders
Maintain an accurate pipeline, forecasting, and CRM management
Collaborate with internal teams to deliver a great customer experience
What we’re looking for
3+ years of B2B sales experience, ideally within SaaS, technology, telematics, or solution sales
Proven track record of generating new business and achieving sales targets
Strong consultative sales and relationship-building skills
Confident communicator with excellent presentation and negotiation abilities
Self-motivated, competitive, and results-driven
Comfortable managing a high-activity sales environment
A collaborative team player with a growth mindset
