You will play a crucial part in building and expanding our customer base. You will conduct engaging business meetings with potential customers you've identified through proactive prospecting, and you'll have the opportunity to negotiate and close contracts successfully. Your goal will be to create real business value by understanding our client's needs and challenges and presenting them with tailored products and solutions. You will take complete ownership of the sales process from start to finish.
For your first 12 months, you'll own your customer portfolio, giving you the opportunity to enhance your earnings through upselling and cross-selling while nurturing valuable relationships. ⭐

Some of the things you will be working on:
- Identifying prospects, generating leads, and building pipelines for potential customers
- Booking and conducting client meetings
- Managing the entire sales process from initial contact to contract closure
- Working closely with the onboarding team ensuring a thorough onboarding journey for our new customer at ABAX
- Identify opportunities to upsell within the first 12 months of owning the customer and ensuring retention
- Utilize our reporting tools, CRM system, and sales training resources.
We believe you bring:
- Demonstrated experience in sales, preferably experience in cold sales and booking meetings, with a track record of consistently meeting or surpassing targets.
- Ability to conduct effective business meetings.
- Thriving in a KPI metrics-driven environment, with a focus on achieving and exceeding performance targets
- Comfortable using Microsoft Office, CRM software, and other online tools
- Exceptional communication and networking abilities
- Proficient written, verbal, and presentation capabilities in Swedish
Nice-to-have:
- Familiarity with SaaS, telematics, and mobility data solutions.
