Dutch-speaking Customer Support Agent to ABAX Netherlands
We’re looking for a customer service expert who excels in building strong relationships and delivering effective solutions with a positive and professional attitude.
As a Customer Support Agent at ABAX, based in Amsterdam, The Netherlands, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, ensuring they receive high-quality support and effective solutions. Your responsibilities will include addressing technical issues, providing guidance on taxation-related inquiries, and efficiently managing general customer requests with professionalism and attention to detail.

Responsibilities:
- Manage a large volume of incoming calls, emails, and web/chat inquiries according to ABAX standards.
- Provide support and appropriate solutions to customer queries related to technical issues, taxation, privacy rules, and system functionality across all or selected product groups, ensuring follow-up until resolution.
- Record customer interactions accurately by entering and verifying information using the appropriate methods and systems.
- Maintain the company’s database using the applicable system.
- Demonstrate commitment to customer satisfaction by going the extra mile to engage and follow up with customers.
- Enhance customer communication by adding value, participating in meetings and training, and proactively obtaining leads during interactions.
We Believe You Have:
- A couple of years of experience in a similar role, preferably in customer service.
- Demonstrated interest in and ability to solve technical issues effectively.
- Handle incoming customer queries in alignment with established standards and performance targets.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills in Dutch (with a preference for Flemish Dutch, though not required).
- Proficiency in English communication is required as it is our corporate language.
