Account Executive – Asset Tracking Solutions - Stockholm

As we continue to grow within the Large Customer segment, we’re hiring an experienced Account Executive to win strategic accounts and support our expansion across key territories.
The Opportunity
This role gives you full ownership of the commercial sales journey for ABAX Asset Tracking Solutions, from prospecting and qualification through to closing complex, high-value agreements.
You’ll act as a trusted advisor, leading consultative conversations that focus on measurable outcomes for customers in sectors such as construction, logistics, wholesale, utilities, and manufacturing.
This is a high-impact position where you’ll help accelerate ABAX’s market presence and contribute directly to long-term, sustainable growth.
Key Responsibilities
· Identify and engage large organisations within defined industries and regions
· Drive multi-layered, consultative sales processes involving complex decision-making units
· Run structured discovery sessions to uncover operational challenges and define a compelling reason to act
· Develop and present tailored value propositions, including ROI and business case modelling
· Manage the full sales lifecycle from initial engagement to signed agreement
· Partner with Pre-Sales, Product, Legal, and Delivery teams to create customised solutions
· Maintain accurate pipeline reporting, forecasting, and CRM hygiene
· Build strategic relationships that enable account growth and long-term retention
· Monitor market developments and contribute to ABAX’s evolving go-to-market approach
About You
· 5+ years of B2B solution sales experience (IoT, SaaS, telematics, fleet, or asset management preferred)
· Demonstrated success closing complex, long sales-cycle deals
· Comfortable selling to senior stakeholders across Operations, IT, Finance, and Procurement
· Strong commercial awareness with the ability to quantify customer value
· Confident communicator with strong negotiation and presentation skills
· Self-driven, entrepreneurial mindset with a results-focused approach
· Collaborative and able to influence cross-functional teams
